     循環腐（fǔ）蝕試驗（CCT）: 該項試驗包含鹽霧、溫度變（biàn）化、幹濕交替等工況，模擬（nǐ）汽車零部件在戶外經（jīng）曆的大部分腐蝕環境，與（yǔ）戶外的相關性較好（hǎo）。
    Cyclic Corrosion Test (CCT): The test includes salt fog, temperature change test anddry/wet alternately, simulating most corrosive     environments of auto parts gothrough outdoor, has good rank order correlation with outdoor corrosion.

    理論上（shàng），循環（huán）腐蝕試驗適用於所有汽車金屬零部件（jiàn）。截止目前，已驗證和製定了針對電泳、噴塗類塗層產品、不（bú）鏽鋼產品、鑄鋁件產品的一係列循環腐蝕試驗方法。其中，鐵基材的電泳、噴塗類塗層產品、不鏽鋼產品的循環腐蝕試（shì）驗方法可參考（kǎo）Q/BYDQ-A1901.886—2014《汽車零部件耐（nài）腐蝕試驗指導規範》，鋁製電泳、噴塗類塗層產品、鑄鋁件產品（pǐn）的循環腐蝕試驗方法可（kě）參考Q/BYDQ-A1901.959—2015《汽車鋁製零部件耐腐蝕試驗及評價規範（fàn）》。

By now, wehave worked out a series of cyclic corrosion test methods forcoating or plating parts, stainless steel parts and aluminium castparts. Standard Q/BYDQ-A1901.886—2014 is applying to coating or plating parts made ofsteel and stainless steel parts. Standard Q/BYDQ-A1901.959—2015 isapplying to coating or plating parts made of aluminium& aluminium alloy, and aluminium cast parts.
