     循環腐蝕試驗（CCT）: 該項試驗包含鹽霧、溫度變化、幹濕交替等工況，模擬汽（qì）車零部件在戶外經曆的大部分腐蝕環境，與戶外的（de）相關性較好。
    Cyclic Corrosion Test (CCT): The test includes salt fog, temperature change test anddry/wet alternately, simulating most corrosive     environments of auto parts gothrough outdoor, has good rank order correlation with outdoor corrosion.

    理論上，循環腐蝕試（shì）驗適用於所有汽（qì）車金屬零部件。截止目前，已驗證和製定了（le）針對電泳、噴塗類塗層產（chǎn）品、不鏽鋼產品、鑄鋁件產品的一係列循（xún）環腐蝕試驗方法。其中，鐵基材（cái）的電泳、噴塗類塗層產品、不鏽鋼產（chǎn）品的循環腐蝕試驗方法可參考Q/BYDQ-A1901.886—2014《汽車零部件耐腐（fǔ）蝕（shí）試驗指導規範（fàn）》，鋁製電泳（yǒng）、噴塗（tú）類塗層產品、鑄鋁件產品的循環腐蝕試驗方法可參考Q/BYDQ-A1901.959—2015《汽車鋁製零部件耐腐蝕試驗（yàn）及評價規範》。

By now, wehave worked out a series of cyclic corrosion test methods forcoating or plating parts, stainless steel parts and aluminium castparts. Standard Q/BYDQ-A1901.886—2014 is applying to coating or plating parts made ofsteel and stainless steel parts. Standard Q/BYDQ-A1901.959—2015 isapplying to coating or plating parts made of aluminium& aluminium alloy, and aluminium cast parts.
